Other Stuff: Bought a pedometer earlier this week and gave it a first try Friday. It's a handy little motivator. Usually, I don't have the energy to walk more than a mile on the first few days following treatment but covered 2.6 miles, from Richardson Park to Fern Ridge Dam. Saturday's mileage was 3.6 (Kirk Pond to Orchard Point via the levee). More walking next week...
